The founder, Michael G. Lizanich II is no stranger to Making It Happen. He graduated from Tulane University with a degree in business management and a minor in legal studies where he was a scholarship athlete for their Division-1 Football team. While juggling his student – athlete schedule, he was able to develop his first business concept.
Mr. Lizanich created a specialty real estate business with around $15,000,000 worth of assets all under his care, custody, and control. He was able to raise the needed capital privately and launched the business in late 2015 and successfully sold in 2017 before graduation from Tulane University.
Mr. Lizanich relocated to to South Florida to headquarter Manufacturefy in Palm Beach. He is visiting us from his summer home in Nantucket.
